A. Carolyn Linnebur, MD
Dr. Carolyn Linnebur specializes in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. She received her medical degree from University of Michigan. She has been practicing in New Mexico since 1974. Her echocardiography laboratory is accredited by the prestigious Intersocietal Accreditation Commission for Echocardiology Laboratories.
In her spare time, Dr. Linnebur is an avid gardener, a long distance bicyclist, and raises Alaskan malamutes.
David R. Church, MD
Dr. David Church, MD, specializes in Family Practice. He received his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He served as the president of the New Mexico Academy of Family Physicians and has represented the state nationally for over a decade.
Dr. Church is an avid UNM Lobo fan.
Molly J. Vosburg, MD
Dr. Molly Vosburg, MD, specializes in Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She is commited to caring for patients with all types of internal medicine diseases.
Dr. Vosburg plays the piano and enjoys running, bicycling and snowboarding.
Michelle W. Carr, MD
Dr. Michelle Carr, MD, specializes in Family Practice. She received her medical degree from the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, in Fort Gordon, GA.
Dr. Carr joined us from Texas, where she was a Family Practice physician at Texoma Medical Center. She has a special interest in women's health, diabetes, preventative care, sports medicine & teen care.
Dr. Carr is the mother of three children. In her freetime Dr. Carr enjoys playing with her kids, hiking, reading and skiing.
Madhavi Garimella, MD
Dr Madhavi Garimella is Board Certified in Internal Medicine as well as Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. She received her medical degree from Calcutta National Medical College in India and completed a residency program in Internal Medicine at UNM in 2006. After practicing Internal Medicine with MANNM for 3 years, she went back to UNM to pursue a fellowship in Endocrinology, finishing in June 2011.
She enjoys all aspects of endocrinology and metabolism which include diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid abnormalities, male and female hormone disorders, adrenal disorders, cholesterol problems and osteoporosis. She also performs thyroid ultrasounds and guided biopsies in the clinic.
In her spare time, Dr. Garimella enjoys reading, walking her dog Shiloh, music, and exploring places to travel.
Samarina Ahmad, MD
Dr. Samarina Ahmad specializes in Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, and completed her residency at Sinai Hospital in Maryland. She provides primary care to a variety of patients.
Dr. Ahmad is the mother of two young children. In her freetime she enjoys traveling, reading, yoga and theater.
David A. Mills, MD
Dr. David Mills specializes in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He was raised in Los Alamos and received his medical degree from the University of New Mexico and completed a residency program in Internal Medicine at UNM in 2011. He completed a fellowship in Nephrology in 2013.
In his sparetime Dr. Mills enjoys the outdoors and is an avid climber.
Keeley Power, MD
Dr. Keeley Power joined Medical Associates in 1999 after moving here from the San Francisco Bay Area. After giving birth to twins in 2003, she remained at home with them until returning to MANNM in 2015. She obtained her medical degree form the University of Southern California. She completed her Internal Medicine internship at the NoShore University Hospital- Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York before finishing her Internal Medicine residency at Kaiser San Francisco. In her spare time, Dr. Power likes to read, ski, and hopes her knees will let her return to tap dancing.
Linda J. Taylor, PA-C
Linda J. Taylor, PA-C provides primary care for a variety of patients. She was with our practice from 1996-2007, when she moved overseas with her family. We are pleased to welcome her back! She completed her Bachelor of Science, Pre-Medical concentration at the University of New Mexico in 1993. She then attended the University of Utah, earning her Physican Assistant Certificate.
Karen Miller, C-NP
Karen Miller, C-NP specializes in cardiology and family medicine to patients aged 12 and up. She has practiced in Albuquerque, Roswell, Santa Fe, and Fairfax, VA. She received her BS and MS in nursing from the University of New Mexico. She is married and has a son in the Army. She enjoys walking her dog and gardening.
Laura Merrigan, FNP-BC, NP-C
Laura Merrigan, FNP-BC, NP-C, Specializes in Family Practice. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University. She then completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of New Mexico.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys time with her husband, running, skiing, and traveling the world.
Adriana Gonzales, C-NP
Adriana Gonzales, C-NP provides care for a variety of patients but has a special place in her heart for teenagers. She joined our practice in August of 2016 after working for nonprofit organizations in Albuquerque and Española. She received her Nurse Practitioner license from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA.
She is married and has a 16 year old daughter. Adriana enjoys music, painting, traveling, refinishing furniture and DIY home projects.
Sara McEvers, DNP, FNP-C, CNP
Sara McEvers is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Farmington, NM, and received her Associates Degree in Nursing from San Juan College. She moved to Los Alamos in 2008, and worked as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, as well as a school nurse in the area. She then completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of New Mexico, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Arizona.
Sara enjoys reading, music, dance, yoga, hiking, and most of all spending time with her son and their dog, Lucy.
Noah Bankhurst, CNP
Noah Bankhurst graduated from UNM College of Nursing in 2012. He began working at the Regional Trauma Center's Medical / Cardiac ICU. While there he also served as an educator. In 2013 he earned his national certification as a Critical Care Nurse. In 2015 he returned to school to pursue an interest in preventative care. He then graduated from UNM in 2017 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
He was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His interests include road cycling, nutrition, sustainable living, and preventative medicine and wellness.
